I am a Director at Graham + Sibbald within the Hotel & Leisure team, located in the North West, specialising in the Hotel sector in terms of valuation, agency and development advice. Working as part of a national team covering the whole of the UK and Europe.This involves all aspects of valuation and property advice for both private and corporate clients, together with the major lending institutions and Banks. In respect of hotel development, I have extensive experience in the corporately branded sector both within London and key city locations. My experience encompasses development, brokerage and re-branding projects, negotiating franchise or management contract terms and have worked with the majority of brands including Marriott, IHG, Hilton, Accor, Premier Inn, Travelodge, Rezidor, Starwood, Sleeperz, Tune Hotels, Millenium & Copthorne, Wyndham etc.I have comprehensive experience in negotiating and agreeing franchise terms, third party management agreements, franchises, lease deals and turnover based leases.
