Key Accomplishments:- Actively involved and completed 6 ASEAN entities due diligence audit in 2018 when entire group were being acquired by Hexing.- Developed ASEAN group reporting packages and continuously improved the group reporting packages across ASEAN entities to comply with China GAAP’s requirements.- Actively collaborated with HQ’s legal team & compiled required court documents related to supplier disputed transactions.
