Paul works in the IT department and frequently is called upon to help those of us in the field who are having issues with our computers. I've always found Paul to be very pleasant to work with. He explains what's going on with the system. And he's tenacious. He won't give up on a problem until it's fixed. And the thing that impresses me the most about Paul is that he always calls back a day or two later to make sure everything is working OK. Paul would make a good addition to any organization.
