Tasks during Phase 1 : - in charge of Builder's works : creation from the scratch of the BW Team : 40 operatives to manage, 3 supervisors. Budget : 800k budget on 9 months - Floor manager : coordination of all the trades on two floors until the completion and snags solving. 13 rooms to delivered to reach the very high standard requested by the client. Job during Phase 2 : Starting on the August 2017. - Area manager for Publics Area : Meeting room and new Toilets. In charge of the procurements, the tender, designation of subcontract, schedule and creation of the budget. Site management and coordination of all the trades and contractors in the area.
