  As in intriguing modality of neuromodulation, I have been closely involved in the PREEMPT II trial in the UK as Professor Goadsby’s co-investigator (blinded) and delegated to represent him in the signing up process f Electronic Data Capture . After Botox licencing in the UK I have continued performing the treatment for chronic migraine on a very regular basis- this being one of my interests, held several courses in injecting technique and by Professor Goadby’s recommendation initiated the Botox treatment in Ireland through Dr Martin Ruttledge, Consultant in Neurology, and his Team. Administering numerous Botox treatments for chronic migraine by the PREEMPT protocol, I gained a reputation for concomitant appreciated cosmetic outcomes and motivating patients from abroad (inclusive United States of America) travelling to receive the treatment in our Botox clinics. Eventually I have been trained in cosmetic use of Botox, is an avenue, which along with the past an continued practice in treatment for Botox for chronic migraine I am very interested in and confident that I have potential for innovating and refining.
