To whom it may concern: I have known Ms Liu professionally for many years. I first met her when she took on the job of communications manager of a capital markets trade association then named the Structured Finance Industry Group. It was a huge capital markets trade association with over 350 members including all of the biggest financial institutions in the US and many from the EU as well, the large issuers in the field of Securitization, which is multi-trillion dollar market, and most of the related tech firms and large accounting and law firms. The membership was extremely sophisticated and demanding. As you might imagine communications manage required the very latest tech competence, business savvy and extremely good personal skills. It also required lots of late nights and all day focus. I was a founder of the association, an officer and a director for many years. In such roles I worked extensively with Ms Liu. I must say that I was impressed with her ability to juggle all of her assignments with ease. She always satisfied the officers and directors and as far as I could tell handles the tech aspects of her job with aplomb. Not only that, but she was extremely popular with her clients (the members). I never once heard anyone complain about her work. I also can assure you that not only is Ms Liu extremely competent, but she is extremely bright as well. Her mind is what we call

I have known Hua for close to nine years and consider her a tremendously talented communications professional, with a deep knowledge of how best to synthesize information and convey messages to a broad audience. She has strong experience in a range of roles, both in the United States and in China, is widely respected, collaborates well with colleagues, and always shows initiative.
