  Transferred from COSLCONFIDENCE to COSL 937#, work on 937# when it was on building, and come out to drill it's 1st well at north Korea. Now working in Indonesia JAWA sea as a Toolpusher, can good corporate & communicate with local crew. Improve myself though the daily jobs, more familiar on drilling program and risk control. Such as solve on leak off, string stuck, fishing job, cut& lay down the well head or punching conductor operations all have abundant experiences. By the same time work as a translator for the management system on the rig. Working good on follow & support the supervisors, help to manage the whole crew under the company's procedure. There is no incidents & any accidents happened during my work.Can manage the whole rig on site, keep good communicate with back office& site, arrange the rig operations in good condition. Run the safety control good& efficiently. Assistant the rig manager to run the company policies, manage the crews good, can be a real good OIM. Show less

And luckly sent to learn Cyber-base system, get more experiences on Cyber drilling operations& equipments
