HanGlory Group main business is the R&D of large-scale precision automation digital printing machinery. My main responsibility is the design and development of multi-CPU & PLC network embedded system for high-speed and high-precision printing press. In 2022, I led the R&D team to complete the development of the PCB digital automatic press, which achieved a printing speed of 6 PCB sheets per minute, the fastest in the industry, with a position error of less than 30 microns. This large-scale PCB press contains a complex embedded computer network and control system, including embedded high-speed real-time multi-computer network, complex PLC motion control system, real-time image conversion system, micron-level high-precision camera position recognition system. ZTE Corporation is a global leader in telecommunications and information technology. I have completed the development of several large-scale real-time embedded network communication systems, including large-scale program-controlled digital switching system, large switch/router system, and CMMB wireless broadcast system. In the large-scale switching system ZXJ10 project, my role is senior embedded network software/firmware engineer, responsible for embedded RTOS software/firmware and embedded multi-CPU network software/firmware development and testing. The entire switching system has more than 170,000 telephone users, and about 4,000 CPUs form a real-time embedded CPU network. I independently completed the design, development and testing of the CPU network embedded software/firmware. The embedded software/firmware I developed is very well adapted to the hardware, and the efficiency of the switching system is 10 times higher than before. In this way, ZXJ10 reached the advanced level of the industry and has sold more than 1 billion lines all over the world. In the large access switch/router project, I am the system architect and project manager. This switch/router system mainly connects broadband users such as DSLAM or PON to Internet with a switching capacity of 100G and can access 10000 users at the same time. In this project, I am responsible for the embedded system architecture. The project is divided into hardware department, TCP/IP department, network processor software/firmware department, O&M department. In the CMMB project, I am system architect. The core idea of this technology is to combine mobile network technology with broadcasting technology, so that the mobile phone can receive broadcast signals with little change. A single CMMB radio station was able to cover the radius space of 60KM-90KM. In 2008, 130 million 3G mobile phones in China used this technology to watch the Olympic Games held in Beijing. Show less
