      As a trainings actor, we played roles of kids that would have a 'problem'. The roles were developed by means of a case. The mentor could than bring in to practise what they have learned from the course. The hard part was to play a role and at the same time recognise and adapt to the behaviour of the person across you. At the end of the case, it was my task to give advice to the mentor on what went well and what could be improved. As a trainings actor, we played roles of kids that would have a 'problem'.
