🟣 Master's thesis: Several genes of the brain clock machinery (circadian rhythm) are expressed in the choroid plexus of female and male rats. The choroid plexus synthesizes several peptides and enzymes associated with amyloid β metabolism/clearance, known as amyloid β scavengers. Taking these together, the aim was to 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘇𝗲 𝗶𝗳 𝗮𝗺𝘆𝗹𝗼𝗶𝗱 β 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗼𝗶𝗱 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗿𝗵𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗮𝗻 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀.
