This started with the creation of new branding and launch strategies for the opening of Drake One Fifty at York and Adelaide in Sept 2013, and Drake Devonshire in Prince Edward County in Spring 2014, as well as having ensured the Marketing team was primed and ready for more growth soon after!

ClearFit was an early-stage online hiring solution designed primarily for the small business market, with aspirations to the enterprise market. The solution used on-line psychometric testing to predict applicant fit. The idea behind the ClearFit tool was to provide companies with assistance in measuring "cultural fit" - as opposed to skills and experience - by replacing the use of traditional tools such as resumes and interviews. My mandate was to help the company expand their scope and customer success in the enterprise segment. My responsibilities included developing the inside sales and service team by adding talented people and developing customer management processes; developing new and/or expanding existing relationships with sourcing partners; building relationships with enterprise customers and overseeing their requirements; and working with our small team to create new business opportuntities.

This position reported to the President and CEO of this boutique Commercial Real Estate development firm, with a portfolio of commercial real estate retail properties throughout Ontario valued at over $300 Million. New institutional projects started during my tenure and to which I had the opportunity to contribute, have dramatically increased the company's portfolio value to over $1B, in diverse property segments. In addition to stabilizing projects and financing arrangements during an otherwise unstable period, this role ensured that the business operations of the organization were prepared to meet the significant demands created by growth.
