As part of the management team, I am primarily responsible for business development. In this role, I work to commercialize and implement Pond's proprietary technology, and help raise money through debt/equity investments, as well as through government funding. While in this role, I have developed licensing agreements worth ~$6 M CAD, and helped Pond raise ~$35 M corporately, and set up a $100 M project finance fund.
