Set up and run the Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship qualifications at Premier Group in Craft, Machining and Technical with assistance from EAL and Semta. Working with LEAD to introduce a business apprenticeship across the work force and helping the company to implement new training programs within its departments. I am also sit on the national standardisation meetings held by Semta every quarter.
