I have known Howard for over 18 years and have had the privilege to work with him for many of those years. Having worked at many levels at Toyota, Howard has a unique background that allows him to apply TPS/Lean in a way that is sustainable, that is rare in the industry. Once I remember Howard led the total transformation of the floor in a metal fabrication section of a company. For this company the design of the layout and the management systems that he implemented and coached the people around truly transformed the company. 5 years later they are still reaping the benefits. It is always a pleasure to learn from Howard.

I've known Howard in both a professional and personal capacity for over 25 years. He has a deep knowledge of lean principles, he's an excellent project manager and he's a true professional. I've always known him to DO what he SAYS he will do.
