  Data / Document controller In this prestigious construction company, i worked in two departments. Technical Office Department: my duties were to: - Classify, send and recieve all sorts of documents and official letters, in both soft and hard formats. - Translate documents English - French - Arabic - Quantity and cost surveying for engines and machinary. Tools used: MS Excel ( recquires the use of functions and formulas such as V/Hlookup, index/match, If functions, Visual basic and Pivot table) MS Word Autocad QA/QC Department:My duties were to: - Prepare daily NOIs (notifications of inspections) - Write meterial reports based on their technical sheets and send them to be approved. - Write technical queries to send to the client to request approval for any modifications on site. - Translate technical sheets to English - French - Arabic. - Writing NCR letters. - Classify everything properly.
