  Garrington Asset Management is an add-on service to Garrington Property Finders Ltd. I was recruited at the beginning, when the client demand for management of their newly acquired investment properties enabled the Asset Management business to be established and ever since, I’ve worked alongside the business owners to grow the portfolio to 30+ Prime Central London properties. With the support of my Director I oversee every element of the residential management; business development, landlord client relationships, lettings marketing activity, tenancy creation, tenant liaison, contractor instructions, health & safety, legal compliance, payments and client accounting.
