Production Section - Job Scope: Take care of filling machine and packaging machines, Carry out preventive maintenance for packaging machine, conveyors, filling machines and etc, Debug and troubleshooting breakdown, Implement improvement project 2 per months, Monitoring inventory for spare part, Modify or change simply packaging machine to PLC program and etc. Tank Farm Section - Job Scope: Take care for storage tank, bleeding tank and etc, Monitoring auto gauging system (AGS) such as radar and RTD, Carry out preventive maintenance for motor pump, actuator valve and control valve and Monitoring inventory for spare part Project Attend: 1.) Integration for Warehouse Managing System (WMS) for ASRS Cranes. 2.) Installation of Auto Gauging System for Tank farm to monitor Temperature and Level 3.) Installation for new wiring for motor, actuator valve, and flow meter for new tanks. 4.) Installation of new 2 OKURA robots and conveyors 5.) Modify program for KUKA robots 6.) Modification of conveyor and machine programs to fulfill Fire Alarm System requirement 7.) Installation for new filling and backend machines 8.) Installation for new Fat Trap 9.)
