  Duties included but not limited to: Coordination of tool hook-up to insure all processes are safe, on time and effective. Scheduling, Review construction drawings and P&ID's to insure an understanding of the scope of work and provide administrative support with regard to any RFI and Change Orders. Manage and run white board. Participate in design reviews and comment on constructability of designs/Layout and any changes from previous projects and Redlines, Lesson learned. Assist contractors with work permits, SIP and FIT.. Assist management staff with the development and Improvement of projects. Maintain detailed project schedule, Coordinate project meetings. Record minutes and maintain project files. Work with tool owners, design team and contractors to minimize duration of tool hook-up. Coordinate activities to monitor and minimize frequency of hook-up related shutdowns or tool idles. Strive for zero tool interruptions due to hook-up work and investigate any incident(s) for root cause and preventative action plans. Base build activity include: supervision of installation of (VMB, Gas cabinet, CDU, Slurry Chemical) and Mechanical equipment (wet and dry, Air Handler), Perform startup of the system and Tool closes out.
