Familiar with variety of MWD tools including Pulser (Pulser oil fill procedure, Pulser pressure test, Pulser current test procedure and assemble and disassembly), Battery Unit (change of cell ), Directional Unit ( assemble and disassembly ), Vibration Isolator, Gamma unit, Roll Test, Depth Tracking, SIR ( surface interface receiver ). I did a project on failure analysis regarding MWD tools in order to minimize non productive time (NPT) and lowering the cost of buying tools. I was able to classify failures under 5 main type: 1)Electrical &mechanical 2)Exceeding tool 3)Operation limit 4)Human error 5)Random defect. I have working with asset tracking system for control and tracking all of spare part of tools and communicating with representative of PETRO GOHAR FARASAHEL KISH (P.G.F.K) and PETROPARS and DCI (IOOC).
