Working as a business analyst in an SAP project. I have resolve many issues in processes connecting to many SAP modules by tailoring the process and fitting to the organisation needs.I proposed many solutions thanks to IT technologies such as Mobile App, API,..., to provide automations and increase the speed of business processes End to end process integration by utilising SAP features and functionalities to fill the gaps was one of the prominent role which i played. I also helped the team to defeat many performance issues back to programming by using my IT experience. I prioritised the backlog of the requirements of the project and led the team to resolve them based on the importance of them which was a key factor in project success. I led the internal team to understand SAP and tuning and orchestrating the process and master data for better performance.

To begin with I played the role of a senior system analyst in the automotive spare parts industry. I have solid experience in MS-SQL and programming languages such as Visual Basic and Java Script which helped me to apply them in this project. Then as a senior analyst in automotive sales and after sales service, I participated in gathering requirements and designing the system for the network of dealers which was then developed by the programming team. As a member of the analyst team in searching for the proper ERP system I prepared the business case to evaluate the features and functions of MS-AX, SAGE and SAP to respond to the need of new business which were emerging in the near future.
