JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to the General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Fully in charge of the smooth running operation of the food and beverage department. Fully responsible to provide a highest quality of service and maintain standards. Develop, update and implement current and future any operational procedures. Complete all administration tasks as requested including accounts and reports. Preparation of the food and beverage department annual budget. Coordinating the formulation of the Annual Operating Budget in determining outlet projected revenues and expenses, operating equipment and FF & E requirements. Fully responsible of staff development and team creation. Achieve targeted revenues, food and beverage cost and profitability. Initiates and innovate different up selling programs and action plans. Plan for special events and activities taking place (banqueting, meetings, seminars, outside catering and festivals). Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned. Conducting a daily operations briefings with the Food & Beverage senior management staff. Ensure by all means that the required hygiene and sanitation standards and legislation requirements are fulfilled. Show less
