JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to the General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:  Fully in charge of the smooth running operation of the food and beverage department.  Fully responsible to provide a highest quality of service and maintain standards.  Develop, update and implement current and future any operational procedures.  Complete all administration tasks as requested including accounts and reports.  Preparation of the food and beverage department annual budget.  Coordinating the formulation of the Annual Operating Budget in determining outlet projected revenues and expenses, operating equipment and FF & E requirements.  Fully responsible of staff development and team creation.  Achieve targeted revenues, food and beverage cost and profitability.  Initiates and innovate different up selling programs and action plans.  Plan for special events and activities taking place (banqueting, meetings, seminars, outside catering and festivals).  Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.  Conducting a daily operations briefings with the Food & Beverage senior management staff.  Ensure by all means that the required hygiene and sanitation standards and legislation requirements are fulfilled.
