As a system manager I take care of the integration of Telerad’s equipment inside more complex turnkey solutions specially adapted to customers’ needs. I work in direct contact with the customer having two kinds of duties: • Project management: Study of customers’ needs. Design of the system architecture and the time planning. Supervision of external purchases and internal manufacturing. Supervision of the system integration and test. Final on-site set up. Documentation and customer’s training. • Commercial assistance. Pre-sales attention. Answer to proposal to tender. Coverage and interferences studies. After-sales attention.   Indra is the main Spanish technology group, where I was subcontracted from TTI Norte as external consultant. The Simulation department creates full flight simulators for training solutions. It works with world leader customers such us Airbus, Eurocopter and Eurofighter delivering simulators in more than 19 countries.As a technical responsible of the HW area I was in charge of managing of a work team for the construction and test of an helicopter (Bell 412) simulator.   Indra is the main Spanish technology group, where I was subcontracted from TTI Norte as external consultant. Indra Espacio used to be a subsidiary company producing turnkey solutions in the space field, such as communication stations, satellite control, navigation and positioning or earth observation. It merged with Indra Sistemas in 2011.During these four years my responsibilities growth from simple engineer to technical responsible, taking part in the design, integration and test of the different projects; manual drafting and customer training. I took part in frequent missions abroad spending more than 7 months in total for the systems’ set up.I worked in direct contact with the customers in two kind of areas:• Transportable satellite communication terminals of all sizes (from manpack to trailer) for different military organizations (Spanish & Brazilian armies, OTAN).• Satellite stations for Air Traffic Control networks (Paraguayan and Moroccan national airports organizations).
