It is rare to find someone like Hope who is so open and willing to learn new things and have such a great attitude in the process! I had the pleasure of training Hope when she joined the CV Support team at Baylor Scott & White. We spent many hours working on projects together while on CV Support. Hope had a great deal of new software applications to learn and always accepted the challenge and mastered them. When BSW decided to change EHR to Epic we were faced with getting Cupid certified although it was challenging she never stopped pushing herself in order to obtain her certification. Hope truly is a delight to work with and faces challenges head on. She would be a truly amazing addition to any team.
