Kari Baudoux

She is one of the most dedicated women to her craft that I know. She would go above and beyond to teach her students. I have seen her passion first hand and I gladly give my endorsement.

Hope was able to create and perfect a process that kept her team accountable, and also made the process easier to understand and mimic for first time volunteers. She displayed great attention to detail, and we knew we could count on her to root out mistakes before they became a problem. Saturday is our largest day for delivery, with over 45 routes and 600 orders that need to be packed and ready to go out by 8 am. More than once our drink deliveries didn't come in on time on a Friday. Hope would work out the logistics of receiving our order, stay late or come in early to ensure that all our clients received the product they were promised. Her work ethic and positive attitude helped us achieve our goals, and she is already greatly missed. But I look forward to seeing the students she is able to help develop.
