  *** Led the team to offer technical support for purchasing three B737-300s, including pre-purchase inspection, aircraft records review and negotiating the cost reimbursement of discrepancies, developed the “task-difference” list for bridging the aircrafts to YTO’s maintenance program.*** Led the team to monitor the YTO’s first cargo conversion of B737-300, mainly involved in the man-hour negotiation, critical path monitoring and procurements of parts. Also conducted the survey on repair and modifications to fatigue critical structure to ensure compliance with regulation about aging aircraft. Passed CAAC’s audit on importing used aircrafts and cargo conversion and renewed the Certificate of Airworthiness, ensured the aircraft to be delivered on time.
