- Build financial model related to the project, including but not limited to, forecast financial statement and cash flow statement, project feasibility analysis, solvency analysis, business valuation.- Support to build financial project data warehouse, check data of investment financial project document- Assist in preparation and coordination with related department to monitor project progress- Work in investment team to conduct market and financial research to support investment- Prepare information and documents (e.g prospectuses, securities offering documents, deal teaser…) to serve the purpose of raising capital or advising on M&A deal for customers- Assist in Restructuring consultant deals
