Hong-Phi is hands down one of the coolest designers you'll ever meet. She's this calm, creative powerhourse who can turn a vague idea into a stunning project in no time. Working with her is a breeze because she's always up for trying out new things, and her design aesthetic is just off the charts. At Verbal+Visual, she was like a design superhero, handling multiple projects effortlessly and fixing any hiccups that came our way. I had the pleasure of teaming up with HP on a cutting-edge AI-powered chatbot project, and I have to say, she has an incredible talent for innovation. She can craft interfaces that push boundaries and redefine the rules because, sometimes, there just aren't any best practices in place yet.

Hong-Phi is a great collaborator, whose willingness to experiment is refreshing. She has a keen aesthetic eye demonstrated by her personal aesthetic as well as her ability to produce high-quality concepts, mockups, and pitch materials without the need for prescription. As a Lead Designer at Verbal+Visual, Hong-Phi ran multiple creative projects simultaneously, solving problems as they occurred, and maintaining the work on time and on budget. Another of HP’s primary strengths is her ability to offer ideas and suggestions without attachment to the outcomes, and her capacity to be action-oriented once a decision is made. She works well under constraints and consistently maintains a persistent creative vision throughout her work. Hong-Phi consistently brings her passion for design to the table inspiring a positive team dynamic that is genuinely uplifting and encouraging. She will benefit any team that is lucky enough to have her!
