  Project Management:- Area coverage (Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia).- Total 4 projects delivered on time.Job Scope:- To coordinate with end users on master plannings before issuing to consultant for construction detailed drawings preparation.- To review construction drawings prepared by appointed project consultants before proceed for open tender.- To interview tenderers and propose to top management with the suitable candidate.- To review Letter of Award before officially issue to awarded contractors.- To review and discuss with appointed project consultants on all Request for Informations, Technical Queries, Material Submission and etc during construction period.- To inspect rebar tieing works and etc when contractors issue Request for Inspection Forms.- To review and check whether claims submitted by contractor is align with site work.- To review Variation Order submitted by consultant and discuss with appointed quantity surveyor before proceeding with final decision.- To ensure project delivered on time and within CAPEX.
