I met Holly in 2020 as SugaRush had started to work with WeWork on their corporate events across all their buildings. Holly has been excellent and provided a smooth onboarding experience for us as a vendor. I have seen her implement new processes and organise very well thought out campaigns/series of events. She is very organised, excellent communicator and regularly thinks outside the box. She is truly an asset to WeWork.

Holly is an incredible Programme Manager. She is someone that will always work above and beyond the standard call of duty on all projects and responsibilities she holds. Regardless of the scale, time frame or her responsibilities for tasks she is working on, Holly has an eye for detail that ensures all aspects of the projects she is working on are of an exceptionally high quality. I have had the privilege of working on multiple projects with Holly and her strong knowledge and integrity means that she never cuts corners and never gives up, her execution is seamless. Her strengths lie within People management, complex project management, creative thinking, problem solving, risk management and VIP stakeholder relationship management. Her interpersonal skills are outstanding, she not only builds relationships quickly but she is able to form a solid foundation based on trust, this has truly helped our company build valuable partnerships that have increased the quality of the programmes we run across multiple regions. I have had the opportunity to not only directly manage Holly but to also work along side her as part of our management team. Holly is a born leader that is also an outstanding team player, she is constantly motivating the people around her to achieve beyond their personal best which has meant that all her teams have been high performing. Holly is someone that continuously works to up-skill herself and because of this she takes feedback extremely well and continuously reflects on her leadership techniques and how she can develop. I have been fortunate enough to work with some fantastic managers throughout my career, however Holly is by fair one of the most outstanding managers I have ever worked with. Her passion for the future, people and creativity through consistency is so refreshing, she has a highly strategic mind that can create projects that will one day change the world. No matter where she goes she will always be a true asset to the company she works for as she will always put her best foot forward and work to the highest standard possible.
