      I worked in a nursing role at the Ebola emergency treatment centre in Kono. I became skilled in infection prevention and control of Ebola hemorrhagic fever. I then worked with a multinational interdisciplinary team where communication and team work in his involved patient care in the suspect, probable and confirmed Ebola areas were life saving skills for both our patients and team members. Managing both adult and paediatric patients with malaria, Ebola, communicable and chronic illnesses. • Understood the psychosocial /cultural requirements and care needs of patients and a country population faced with an epidemic with an acute lack of resources. This included changing the social norms of touching and burial practices through education programs. I worked alongside the national staff and co lead a nursing skills training day.
