I had the pleasure of working with Holly during the planning for the Lincoln Festival of Learning. This was a first of its kind project, with students leading a range of skills sharing sessions across the entire student body, and including alumni. Holly joined us as a student officer late in the project and helped us with some key organisational and logistical tasks. Holly's commitment, attention to detail, and proactive nature were key to the success of the event. Holly hit and exceeded all her targets, going above and beyond to ensure the project's success. I would strongly recommend Holly for any leadership or organisational role. She would be an asset to any project or organisation.

I had the pleasure of leading Holly during a Graduate Skills Builder project over the past 4 months. During this time, Holly demonstrated fantastic project management skills, always completing work well ahead of deadlines despite her many university assignments she was also committed to. Holly played an instrumental role in designing a survey and analysing the subsequent data for a local Lincolnshire business, and presented her findings professionally and effectively to a management meeting with over 25 attendees. The project was a great success and was well received by all attendees.

I was involved in a project exploring the barriers faced by students with chronic illness and disability at university. For this qualitative project, I worked independently to conduct thematic analysis of interview transcripts. After the analysis I was required to present my main findings to be condensed into a research poster for a conference (for which I was authored) as well as a public engagement presentation, and more recently moved on to be involved in the write-up of the project for publication. Whilst completing voluntary work experience with Micronclean, I worked within a student-led team to research the company’s culture. We used prior research into company culture to inform the creation and distribution of a survey, analyse the collected data, and write up the results in a detailed report. I was also required to summarise this report as a presentation for a higher management meeting at the organisation.
