  Test high-voltage Lithium Ion battery systems post-build per end-of-line protocol. Collect and verify data using Vector CAN software as required by Quality Control. Circuit board modifications and repair such as removal/replacement of: SMD components, connectors, harness pins, pcb hardware, and more. Perform “Engineering Changes” such as high voltage and low voltage wire harness routing changes and wire harness hardware retentions. Provided build documentation for prototype and production sample projects. Built and documented new prototype module harnesses for Product Engineering. Responsible for maintenance and repairs of Prototype Equipment such as power supplies and test equipment harnesses. Responsible for the calibration of Prototype Lab equipment.
