Whilst working as a key member of this fast-paced, extremely busy team, I assisted the Head of Content Delivery on digital projects with blue-chip clients such as Microsoft, John Lewis, LG and Intel. After gaining a strong knowledge of project management methodologies, I went on to manage my own digital campaigns for clients such as Oakley, Bushel, Lenovo and Yamaha. Ensuring that campaigns were on schedule was a vital part of my role; thus constant communication and swift responses to client queries was pivotal in ensuring campaigns delivered on time and to budget. My communication skills are now extremely strong, and I'm organised and methodical in my approach to time management. Upon setting campaigns live, I would frequently use social media to do targeted posts for clients; driving traffic towards the client's website or advertorial, which ensured I've gained a knowledge of the value of social media in the commercial setting. I was also responsible for numerous key admin tasks such as managing client bookings and schedules, putting through payments for freelance employees, minute-taking in conference calls and meetings, and typing up reports. Time management and attention to detail were essential in this role. I would frequently manage schedules for the Managing Director; ensuring all bookings and meetings were correctly dated and listed. I also kept client data records in order by creating contact files for every client. Liaising with clients via email and telephone was essential on a daily basis. I would arrange flights and airport pickups for both clients and the Managing Director; ensuring guests needs were met upon arrival and occasionally introducing them to the area. Show less
