The team plans to build a fully accessible area within Wellington city that champions and sets the standard for accessibility. Conducted interviews, designed and facilitated workshops and managed relationships with local businesses, the Wellingtons disability community and the general public. Designed and managed the Wellington Harbourside Market, New Zealand Sign Language (NZSL) chocolate tasting in partnership Wellington City Council, Wellington Chocolate Factory and Collaborate. Over 300 members of the public participated.Learnt basic NZSL working alongside team member who is both Deaf and an NZSL teacher.
