      Have you ever gotten too comfortable in your career? Did you ever feel you weren't being challenged enough? I did, and knew I needed to do something about it and needed to do it quickly. I knew I wanted to stay in the automotive industry and experience more of a Sales Role but did I want to be a Car Sales person? Do you know what stereotypes are associated with Car Sales People...? Well here goes, the Mom of two teenagers walks into the dealership with no experience besides the love of cars and the passion for working with people. I had a great mentor from the beginning who happened to be the General Manager of the dealership and took me under his wing. I listened to every suggestion, read every book and modeled his work behavior. I never claimed myself as a competitive person, more of a cheerleader encouraging others but as soon as I saw my name on the board of who is selling the most cars for the month...game on! In my close to two years at Boucher I was honored with top 5 sales person, product knowledge awards, customer service awards and a competitve edge to push me to be the Best!
