  I have had many opportunities to grow and develop my skills within Sky. On a daily basis I engage with our customers who may be experiencing a wide ranges of issues, complaints or queries ranging from billing to service dissatisfaction. My job entails a lot of understanding, communication and effective problem solving. This work also requires efficient and timely solutions in order to best serve our customers. I consistently exceed targets of 75% + customer retention and thrive from the busy, fast pace environment in which I work whilst also ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service. I have recently undergone an interviewing process in which I was successful to receive a promotion to 'floor walker' this involves assisting new teams undergoing training in the loyalty department. As a floor walker I work closely with management in aiding the transition of the staff into the business, coach them on their calls, evaluate their performance and provide useful guidelines in order to conduct their job effectively. This experience has helped me to develop my own skills in leading a team whilst strengthening my existing knowledge. Show less
