As a Design Studio Manager, it was a pleasure to partner with Holly in the creation of product and in designing new greetings work processes. We worked together to manage the goals and careers of the design talent in the studio. Holly helped to grow their skills in design as well as to give them design leadership opportunities in her group. We worked together to resolve conflict on the team and performance issues. Holly was direct and thoughtful in her communication always wanting the best for all involved. We implemented process improvements, increasing productivity and ensuring engagement.
