Holly was my direct report for over a year at WeWork and was a crucial player in opening WeWorks largest building in Australia. Holly’s attention to detail and love for processes was instrumental to running a a building of this stature. Her strengths included stakeholder management which was evident in her approach to managing the operations of the building. While doing this she was also able to create a highly engaged community with the members through her personable approach and community focused activations and events. Holly will tackle any project big or small head on and with passion. I am looking forward to seeing her succeed in her professional career.

Holly was my direct report for seven months and I saw her excel in multiple areas as Community Lead. Holly's positive, outgoing, and friendly attitude was a pleasure to be around. She created community and connection for our members and was always inclusive and friendly. In a customer facing role, these skills and traits also allowed Holly to excel in delivering excellent customer service and member experience. Holly's great organisational skills allowed her to flourish at event management and project management. One particular memory of working with Holly was seeing her partner with one member company to run a fundraising trivia event that was extremely organised, well attended, and went off without a hitch to raise much needed funds for the Australian Bushfire relief. It was a pleasure to work with Holly and I highly recommend her as a strong asset and team member.
