I was fortunate enough to manage Holly as we transitioned her from an amazing eLearning Designer to an Online Learning Solutions Engineer. Holly produced high quality and effective interactive eLearning modules. In 2018 we were tasked with updating and securing our existing learning center that housed all of our training and software documentation. This is the repository for all of the software knowledge for TMW Systems software products and grew to include most of the Trimble Transportation offerings. Holly had been taking developer level classes in website design and data analytics and raised her hand for this project. Her project was to create a modern, more secure, and intuitive learning center. She did just that. We launched Learn, the new learning center in late 2019. It is a beautifully designed and user-friendly site. It required less maintenance and upkeep than our original website. Holly hit multiple roadblocks as we worked through this project but persisted through all of them. When she discovered a problem, she brought it to the team and we worked through it to resolution. Her work ethic and attention to detail are a blessing for any manager. I was very fortunate to have Holly on the team and lead from concept to completion an astonishing website.
