I researched behavioural science strategies on certain techniques for the development of an app. I developed the testing sessions for the app to identify the strengths and weakness; one-on-one testing sessions as well as a general survey was developed. After collating the data, I analysed the themes and evaluated the information in order to provide recommendations to enhance the app’s capabilities.
