  My responsibilities at TempStars focuses on our members, their experiences, research based data, and of course Quality Assurance and testing of our platforms. At TempStars I do extensive hands-on research with our members to ensure we are focusing our development and roadmap on the concerns, needs, and wants of our members. I do numerous hours of outreach initiatives, user testing, and feature building to ensure we are solving the real problems and obstacles our members are facing in the industry. Because the Dental Industry (and all industries) constantly change with the economy, it is integral that this is on-going and that we adapt and change with the industry to ensure our members are getting what they need in real-time.
