  Founder and Director of Raise the Roof Kenya (RTR). The organisation provides training and development programmes to improve employment opportunities and enable sustainable futures. RTR works in stakeholder partnerships with Government, NGOs and the private sector to improve Vocational Training (VT) enrollment and employment of youth in Kenya. RTR's flagship project, The Barut Youth Development and Sports Centre is the highest ranking Vocational Training Centre in the Nakuru County. I lead the organisational strategy, design, secure funding for and implement programmes. During my leadership, the organisation has secured State partnership, achieved a 100% student pass rate year on year, achieved a 90% employment rate, supported over 150 youth into employment, trained 256 household heads in sustainable small scale farming techniques and created a replicable VT model, referenced and used by the Ministry of Youth.
