She absorbed our course material so quickly, ensured project deliverables were seamless and throughout the year, developed as one of our team leads. During times of high pressure, Holly was there to support us, which not only demonstrated her high emotional intelligence but also created a true team environment. During our CORE year, Holly was promoted to Administrative Manager which allowed her to present and hone in on her leadership skills, raising value-added points during team discussions, and she challenged herself to undertake projects that she was not familiar with to enhance her skill set.
