Holly trained and put my team through the A3 process to identify opportunities in our process for bringing new products to market faster. Holly did an excellent job first to train my team who had not previously been through the A3 process. She then took us though the steps, sometimes likely painful for her since we were not an easy group! She held us accountable to the process and our assignments. Making sure we stayed on track to complete and measure the results of our improvements. I would definitely recommend her as she is capable of working with a wide variety of personalities and with discipline to the A3 process.
