During our partnership, we oversaw their growth from 30 to 100+, recruited across every discipline and we had a lot of fun doing it! Shortly after our partnership, Kolibri Games was acquired by Ubisoft. I started in this role as a Recruitment Consultant for Graduate programmers. My role involved helping graduates find their first role in the games industry. I would visit over 20 Universities each year, hosting career talks and visiting games clients to generate roles for those graduates.A key achievement in this role was devising the concept and founding the programming competition, 'Search for a Star' after recognising that the studios were looking for talented graduates who could clearly demonstrate their programming ability. I was the founder devising the concept, and building out the programme. This included bringing in leading figures from the games industry and pitching the concept to Universities. I was the programme manager for a number of years, which succesufully helped hundreds of graduate engineers, find a role within the games industry. Show less
