I had the honor to work for Henrik from 2015 until 2019 when he was heading the global Go-to-Market Strategy Team within Bayer Crop Science’ global Marketing Department. He was accountable for a broad range of very important global initiatives such as Sales Excellence, the global Marketing & Sales Academy, Channel & Inventory Management, Customer Marketing & Food Chain Management to name a few. I have worked together with Henrik during our master-education in professional communication at RUC, Roskilde University, on our first and second year master theses, and I have come to know him as a an intelligent person with a good sense of humor.
