Details and references are available upon request. • Led a team of 7 based in several EMEA countries, my main responsibility involves dealing with all pricing related queries in the EMEA region (Europe, the Middle-East and Africa), including negotiating pricing with suppliers, calculating quotations for business managers, optimising bilateral transfer pricing, SLA commitment and compensation schemes, and regular performance review with 18 EMEA carriers.• Supervised a global bidding team to undertake all formal bidding proposals (RFP) and won more than 11 global projects under tight deadlines (average 60 sites each project and all managed services, with TCV exceeding 10 million GBP). I also took the lead and organised formal bidding activities and proposals on all IT sourcing and network procurement of China Telecom (Europe) Limited (CTE) own backbone capacity (Managed Network Services).• Managed the carrier relationship with approximately 40 EMEA carriers in my team, including daily pricing work, solution design, new business acquisition, bidding proposal (RFP), contract and order management, long-term relationship strategy, and etc. Completed annual sales target within only 8 months.
