Purpose /Responsibilities Include:- •Act as a central hub point for UK and oversea marine commercial customer and provide Sales quotation for spare parts and equipment. •First line technical support and service Co-ordination through use of our engineering resource. •To plan and co-ordinate the technical aspects of service, installation, commissioning, Radio survey, Annual performance Test (VDR) activities of customer vessel. •To provide technical support outside of normal working hours as part of providing 24 hour support line. •Raise internal purchase order for spare parts, equipment and external purchase order for sub-contractor. •To scrutinise incoming sub-contractor invoice and raise Selex invoice to end user/ customer. •When possible support the sales /area manager to provide leads or demonstrate the company services capability. •Provide administration services including booking travelling and assistance with sourcing parts to support field engineers.
