  a. Advocacy and campaigning  Organize, implement and monitor advocacy awareness activities with El-Mobadara network in the six selected governorates;  support the REDECs in the development of advocacy proposals;  participate in the organization of local bank seminars and in raising SME policy issues to decision makers;  Coach the Field Business Advisors to identify policy and advocacy SME needs;  participate in organizing meetings and conferences for SMEs and decision makers at the local level to advocate SME issues;  facilitate effective dialogue between SMEs and policy makers at the local level;  conduct several conferences and meetings with different project target groups to identify and analyze their problems in six governorates; and  set SME advocacy priorities. b.
