  1. Equipment Preventive Maintenance Specialist at Finish Module: - Plan and perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) by: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, Annual. - Collect and monitor data to ensure the machine is PM on schedule and there are no false or missing PM events. - Assess machine health through indicators: quality, yield, running speed and downtime… etc., driving continuous improvement. - Attend to escalation from manufacturing supervisor and troubleshoot the hard down machines. - Perform detail investigation and problem-solving data analysis to ensure the machine is up and ready to support production. 2. Module Representation for the scrap harvesting process: - Work with engineer, technical supervisor and stakeholder to arrange tool scrap schedule and head count to support harvesting activities. - Collect data to evaluate and identify critical parts to harvest to optimize good parts and storage costs. - Develop harvesting procedures and instruct technicians to follow the correct steps. 3. Module Representation for the metrology calibration process: - Manage the quantity of measuring devices of the module and ensure they are always available when needed and work with cost representation modules to plan new purchases in case of damage. 4. Training: - Is a L2 instructor and qualifier competence for new employees on Rofin/Coherent laser, E&R laser, EO technics laser, Pack sealer machines. Show less
